How long have you & Pembrooke Properties been in business?

I’m proud to be the senior real estate agent for Pembrooke Properties.

Having lived in Napa and Solano counties for over 40 years, I began my real estate career in 1969 in commercial investment and sales. In 1989, I became more interested in residential properties and decided to make a “career change.”

Pembrooke Properties began 15 years ago, as builders and developers of semi-custom homes in Napa and Solano counties.

I joined Pembrooke Properties in 1999, as we both saw a need for lower and more reasonable commission rates as the price of homes continued to climb. As we phased out the construction program, we began planning and designing the listing and sales program that you see today.

1. Yes, I’m a “very” full time REALTOR®. I serve over my clients with full time professional and personal service. That means being available for my client’s, not on my schedule, but on theirs. I return my client’s calls within 30 minutes. (unless temporarily out of cell range). My phone is on from 7:00am to 9:00pm each day. My services includes a Property Update every two weeks and sometimes sooner if the situation warrants. My update includes any changes in competitive properties both on the Active market as well as Contingency or Pending sales. This is the best method of keeping my clients current on all matters effecting the potential sale of their property.

2. Having grown up and lived in almost every area in Napa and Solano counties in the past 40 years has given me the valuable local experience and knowledge that can best serves homeowners when they decide to sell there home. I provide, upon request, a list of my recent clients so prospective home sellers can directly discuss with them any questions they may have about my real estate expertise and services.

3. I provide a Full Service Guarantee as part of every listing agreement. This is my pledge to every client that they will receive full and personal real estate services every day of the listing. If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with my services, you reserve the right to cancel the listing agreement at no cost or obligation upon 72 hour notice.
